Our Vision: Social Responsibility

Costa Rica has strict laws regarding workplace safety, and we are fully committed to not only fulfilling the requirements of the law, but also to preventing workplace accidents. All of our workers enjoy full medical coverage, access to unemployment and workers' compensation benefits.

We take pride in our working conditions. Our facilities are fully equipped to handle emergencies, and our staff are trained in first aid and Emergency First Response, which allows us to attend to everything from minor cuts to performing CPR.

Because of our safety-oriented initiatives and prevention of accidents in the workplace, the National Insurance Institute gave us the Global Prevention Award.
